Sale of one DETECTO Physician scale up to 350 pounds with height ruler devise attached. Needs replacement part at cost of $23.50. I have discounted the price of this scale to compensate the buyer for the cost of purchasing the replacement piece.
The part that needs to be replaced is the plastic piece (in two parts) that covers the mechanism that allows the heavy weight to move laterally. The screw insert on one of the two sides is broken.
The cost of this part is $9.25 per side x 2 sides = $18.50 plus $5 shipping, give the total replacement cost of $23.50. This part is available from Detecto. It is their part number: 0033-C236-18. Their telephone number is 800-641-2045.
